i kind of jumped right in with a request for opponions regarding a new to me car I'd like to get but let me introduce myself.

I like big buts and I can not lie

I drive my 02 hyundai elantra

I drive my wife's 2012 Kia Rio

I ride my 07 Suzuki sv1000

I enjoy doing things that make most people grab the Oh Jesus handle and scream

I enjoy reading about cars and bikes of various significance.

I hope to buy a car I can actually enjoy rather than merely exist on the road (right now the bike fills that need)

I'm a daily rider myself. With the exception of a few days when it's hell to ride here in the northwest. I've never found a lack of abs to be limiting. I've never riden a bike with electronic aids though so I don't know what I'm missing.

got my permit at 16, turning 20 in feb.

first bike was a buell blast. rode that for a year...dad got a BMW f800R, couldnt afford to insure both...buell got sidelined, rode the 800 for a couples of months. mom get her permit, rode the bull out the remaider of the year.

sold it mid season, bought the SV with 5K KM on it then too. so in the 1.5 years i've had the SV, i've put on about 25K KM (15.6K miles)

I dont have a car, so I dont have a choice BUT to be a daily rider (winter i'm in thunder bay for school, so the bike stays in toronto with my parents) ABS is a life saver in the rain. you dont have time to think: ok, constan pressure, dont lock up) when some jackwad in a 90's civic pulls out infront of you

2 '13 Honda Fits, '08 Chrysler Sebring(dirt road color) 2K Dodge 3/4 tonne 360 Pickup. The Fits are surprisingly nimble, the truck, not so much....

nope. truth be told, i havent actually met ANYONE who is a jerk. MAYBE one or two harley guys. but everyone else was reatty nice and accepting.

might have something to do with being in canada
